new york fashion week finds a new home
According to The New York Times, New York Fashion Week has found a new home. Though they have spent 15 years at Bryant Park, starting in 2010 shows will take place at Lincoln Center. Reason for the move is said to be a variety of disagreements with the park management company. The shows have grown too big and are said to be restricting public access.

How cool! I think the Lincoln Center will make the shows into more artistic exhibitious. At least, in my head. Haha. Thanks for the news. (:
though the Lincoln center is cool, but i've always fantasized about walking though Bryant Park for the tents, taking awesome photographs...

I read about it on Gawker. Lincoln Center will be very cool and the shows will always be fabulous and inspiring (most of the time) - but there's something about Bryant Park that is so legendary.
do you think since the PI is closing anyway they'd send us to fashion week and blow the rest of their non-existent budget on two stellar fashion reporters? i think you should write a proposal ;)
