For lack of a better, more appropriate line…the show must go on.

President and chief executive of Gucci Group, Robert Polet, announced today that the Alexander McQueen label will continue. "We believe in the future of the brand," Polet said.

According to the reports, the Alexander McQueen label will show in Paris, currently scheduled for March 9. Chairman and Chief Executive of PPR, François-Henri Pinault, was quoted in the statement saying, “This is the best tribute we could offer to [McQueen].”
