start the year off right with January's Giveaway

This month's Giveaway is pretty awesome. In fact, I kind of want to keep it for myself. I am giving away One Year of White Pages by NAVA Designs. What is that you ask? Well it's a diary. Better yet, it's an awesome diary. There are twelve individual books, one for each month all of which tie together. Retails at $40.00 (and it's only a diary, so you know it has to look super cool).

How do you win?
Leave a comment telling me your #1 New Years resolution by January 16. I have also created an image as you can see on the right for The Giveaway. If you are blogger savvy and willing, it would be awesome if you could post the image with a link on your blog sidebar as well. That way more people can join in. Just copy the image from the right side.

Best of luck!

p.s. I have been working hard on my Spring Runway Review and I should have it up by Friday.

One of my New Year's Resolutions is to take more pictures. Actually take a picture a day. This journal would be perfect for displaying my daily photos.

Thanks!!

My number one resolution is to get and stay healthy

After years of failed resolutions I have come up with a simple, yet complex one. To do everything better. Not to do everything at its very best, simply better than before. Eat better than before, shoot better than before, etc...
Simple, measurable, and I can take small steps to accomplish an awesome resolution!

This is my year to conquer the bike. I am determined to learn how to ride a bike this year. Then I can buy the Townie I have been eyeing!

My 2009 goal is to pare down: let some pounds go, rid my budget of extra expenses, let go of coins (into a jar), and let go of negative thoughts about self. Would be great to enter 2010 with a lighter body, a healthier savings account, and a more-at-peace mind and heart.

My resolution, as it is every year, is to simply be nicer, more charming. I figure the world could use some good manners, and hey, change has to start with yourself, right?

I have to admit my resolution is kind of boring but I plan to spend less and keep up being healthy so I can run a 10K come March....and who knows? maybe a half marathon next year!

One of my resolutions is to write everyday--seriously! Check out the blog. Also to get to a healthy weight, read a book a week, and take better care of myself. Lots to do! Gonna be a great year.

Love you.

There are SO many things I want to do this year, I feel like it's going to be a big year of change for me. But my #1 resolution is to enjoy the moment and stop thinking that happiness lies in the future. xx

My resolution this year is to be bold. To experiment. To experience more. I've got the time to take risks and make a few mistakes along the way (:

My resolution this year is to be accepted into the Teach For America Program so that I can commit two years to teaching in low-income schools and alleviate the achievement gap. If accepted, there will be very few blog posts from me for those two years..but it's very worth it!

Its always tough for me to keep new resolutions and sometimes it can become even a little depressing when you find yourself half way through the year and you can't even remember the life changing goal you started out with. So this year, instead of resolving to accomplish a certain goal, I'm simply going to try to pursue living a life of love. Loving others just how they are, truly loving myself, loving the world we live in and just loving life!

I always pick something easy for my New Year's Resolution... Just to be sure that I'm not one of those "quitters"... but this year, I decided to go all out. My resolution is to become organized. I'm not just talking about getting my paperwork in order, but I mean REALLY organized. Totally 100% organized. This is my plan...

One of my resolutions is to sew more - I have piles of fabric I've gathered over the years for various projects, and I just need some motivation to get them done!

ooh lovely! my new year's resolution is simply to live MY life. I had a pretty horrible new year's eve. On my parent's 37th wedding anniversary (Jan. 3rd) i broke up with my bf of nearly 5 years because i want the possibilty of marriage & kids and he wasn't so sure that was what he wanted... I could be sad and depressed in 2009, but i have decided to not worry. To live for today. And STILL believe in love...

Last year my resolution was to not drink soda for a whole year
I cheated though..since I don't like soda anyway!
This year's resolution will be actually be something hard...hm...well this is the year I will go to college. *Nervous* I don't know where I'm headed, I don't know what I'll do (and I don't know how I will pay for it! haha) but I will do my best wherever I am, be happy!, call my family each day, not gain a ton of weight from college food ;], and take a ton of photographs!
p.s. oops i accidentally deleted my post b4. hehe.
