Before there was The Sartorialist, Jak & Jil, Face Hunter, and 21 Arrondissement, there was Bill Cunningham. The father of street fashion photography, who still shoots film (be still my heart), is a long time fashion photographer for The New York Times, and is credited with moving street photography to the forefront.
So read all about him, watch the film, and get dressed just in case you catch Mr. Cunningham on the street.
