oscar options

So you're a super awesome actress and you're headed to the Oscars. You've spent the last two weeks eating lettuce, drinking water, and doing 5 hours of bike rides everyday. And thanks to all your hard work you are finally a size 0 instead of a size 2 (oh the excitement). But there is still one more important thing you have to do . . . get dressed.

Do you go like SJP in Christian Dior and embrace the tulle?

Or how about a Roberto Cavalli or Versace dress with a train?

What about Melissa George and her Dolce & Gabbana poof?

I would suggest you keep it simple with Elie Saab or go all out with the vintage Balmain. The Balmain dress nearly killed me. Seriously, I drooled so much over it I nearly drowned.

I am not sure who made Beyonce's dress but I wouldn't recommend it. But who or what would you wear?

p.s. Don't forget to enter this month's giveaway. You could win free shoes!

The D & G dresses remind me of Barbie.
SJP's dress wins, hands down.

the balmain dress was staggering. i could not stop talking about it. penelope cruse is gorgeous, but that dress would make practically any woman who could fit in it absolutely stunning. wins for me completely.

loved SJP ... in fact only one here i take any offence to is Beyonce's look ... just so unflattering .. and she is such a gorgeous girl why do it to yourself?!
i did think Penelopes would not look out of place walking down the aisle however, maybe a bit too weddingy for me but nevertheless gorgeous!

P.s, just found your blog and I LOVE!!!

Balmain dress is a total fairytale! A real Oscar dress, so she wins twice.
This dress makes SJP's breasts look huge, but the dress is pretty and I love her!
Marrion looks outstanding. Also like that Versace dress.
Beyonce just gets on my nerves with her horrible outfits, poses and dance moves!
Also think that Evan Rachel Wood looked great!

SJP boobs(new ones?)
Angelina, she is gorgeous BUT always does the same thing to me, long flat dress, few jewels and a messy(NOT) hair.

Beyonce's mom probbably made the dress...

(yeah I'm an asshole like that, haha)

The whole thing is horribly tacky.

D&G + Balmain = perfection

LOVED SJP's dress and Penelope's. It would take more than a bike ride to fit in those dresses... LOL!

Penelope in Balmain was one of absolute favourites. I loved Jessica Biel in her Prada gown and Taraji in Roberto Cavalli. Such stunners this year!

Thanks for stopping by my blog. Maame x

I liked Marisa Tomei's Versace dress with its dramatic train, and SJP'd dress was so fairytale princess-like! I wish Angelina wore a colorful dress; I adore it when she wears color! But I do like the sweetheart neckline of the gown she chose, as well as--of course--her gorgeous emerald accessories! :)
