Forty Is The New Twenty, Really?

Did you know that Claudia Schiffer is the model in the Chanel ads? Or that Christy Turlington is in the Escada ads? There is an interesting article over at Newsweek. Basically it discusses the return of models from the 90's. It's a quick read, so I recommend checking it out. And you can look at then vs. now photos here.

All I have left to say is I hope I look 1/10th as good as these ladies do when I am that age.

I've been so excited seeing the 90's models return. I was in high school when they were at their peek and their return proves that you don't have to be an adolescent to be beautiful {however, Kate Moss pretty much looks the same}

1/20th even. :-) Amazing. I look at old family photos from when my parents were kids (in the 1940s) and I'm amazed at how much *older* everyone looked then!

Age is relevant... if you take good care of yourself you will look great at any age!

Oh those super models in the 90's! They're so catty and ready to bite you, but then they all had this incredible "bigger than life attitude" which I haven't seen in models in recent years. This comeback is surely exciting!!

Love the return of the supermodels -- Christy was always my fav, and Kate, who never really went away . . .
