Lush in London - The London Giveaway

One of the many good things to come out of London (well almost London) is Lush. The bath store is awesome. So many good, deliciously smelling things. And if you are anything like me, there is nothing better then a bath and a book on a Sunday night.

So to celebrate Lush and my upcoming trip to London (1 week 4 days away), I am giving away a $25 dollar gift certificate to Lush. You can go to their website and see all the different things you can buy.

In order to win, post a comment by Thursday telling me what your favorite band/musical to come out of the United Kingdom is/was.

Good Luck!

Lush is every where now. But they say

"In 1978 we sold our first product to the Body Shop and in 1988 we set up Cosmetics to Go in Poole, Dorset on the south coast of England"

I'd have to say Esthero. I love her! :) "Everyday is a Holiday" was my wedding song. :)

You have a lovely blog, Stacy! Thanks for stopping by mine too. :)

My answer is Bowie. His music is great, but even more than that is the spandex pants and mullet he wore in The Labyrinth. Perfection.

Erm ... Beatles are not from London - they're from Liverpool ... :p

Anyways, thanks for the comment over at my photoblog. I just moved out of London after 15 years there - what kind of stuff are you interested in? I could possibly give you a good London lowdown :)

We have one of these sweet stores in Portland. I would love a gift certificate. Oh and I am so jealous of your upcoming vacation plans.

I love Coldplay now, but I have to go back to my first British love(s): Duran Duran, because I came of age inthe 80s, and I was there In The Beginning when MTV still played videos. I can still see Simon LeBon on the deck of that ship singing "Her Name Is Rio..."

but I digress....
